Using the practice

Wildly Mine offers visualization, affirmation, and reflection tools. By using these services, you agree to these terms. The app is designed for adults. If you do not agree, do not use its connected services.

Stories are imagined possibilities, not predictions. The app is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, financial advice, or a promise of particular relationships, health, wealth, or other outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions and real-world actions. Seek an appropriate professional when you need professional advice.

Your content and AI processing

You retain your rights in the content you provide. Enter only information you have the right to use, and avoid unnecessary sensitive details about yourself or other people. We process your chosen content as needed to provide the features you request, under the privacy policy.

Personal AI requests need your explicit permission, an internet connection, and applicable access/usage allowance. AI-generated text and narration can be inaccurate or unsuitable; review and edit content before relying on or sharing it. You can decline or remove AI permission and continue using the included library and local tools.

Do not use the services to break the law, violate another person’s rights, harass others, create prohibited harmful content, bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict connected access to address misuse or protect the service.

Membership and store billing

Wildly Mine Plus provides the paid features described in the app’s current membership screen. Daily usage allowances and feature availability apply; it is not an unlimited-generation service. An attempted provider request may use an allowance even if it fails.

Before you buy, the Apple or Google Play purchase sheet displays the applicable price, billing period, and any eligible trial or introductory offer. The store determines eligibility. A subscription renews under the terms shown by that store unless you cancel through its subscription controls. No trial or price is promised by this website.

Use Restore purchases in the app with the original store account, or manage renewal through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Store terms and applicable law govern payment and refund rights. Deleting your account, app, or data does not cancel your subscription.

Accounts, copies, and deletion

Keep account credentials secure and contact support if you believe access is compromised. Email verification is required for account synchronization. You choose whether to restore cloud records or include a device’s existing data. Use the export controls to keep your own copies of important saved records.

Availability, storage limits, and device behavior can affect access. Cached recordings may be evicted, and device copies may be lost through deletion or device changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular AI result, or permanent storage of every recording.

You may delete local data, synchronized cloud data, or your account using their separate controls. Account deletion information and requests are also available outside the app. Copies you already exported or shared remain under your control or the recipient’s control.

Our materials and applicable rights

High Country Software LLC and its licensors retain rights in the app, website design, and original included materials. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of those materials. The license and terms supplied by your app store also apply to its distribution of the app.

These terms do not limit consumer rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may update the terms when the service changes; the current version and date will be published here.
