YOUR ACCOUNT. YOUR CHOICE.
Let your account go.
Keep the choice yours.
You can request deletion of your Wildly Mine account and associated cloud data here—even if you no longer have the app. Wildly Mine is provided by High Country Software LLC.
REQUEST DELETION OUTSIDE THE APP
Request deletion by email
Email support@highcountrysoftware.com with the subject Wildly Mine account deletion. Send from the email associated with your account and say that you want your account and associated cloud data deleted.
Request account deletionIf your email app does not open, copy the address and subject above. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.
We may need to verify that the request is yours before deleting account information. Do not email your password, verification codes, payment-card details, or session tokens. If you cannot access your account email, explain that in your message so we can address verification.
The button prepares an email; it does not send it automatically or delete your account immediately. Send the message from your email app to make the request. Any verification and completion details are handled in the response.
Or use the account controls in the app
- Open Settings → Account and sync and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Enter your account password and choose Confirm account deletion.
This app link works when Wildly Mine is installed. The email request above works without the app.
What account deletion removes
Deleting an account removes its active account/authentication records, sessions, owned synchronized cloud data, and linked generation-usage records from the app database. Synchronized data can include your profile/context, stories, affirmations, desires, journal reflections, and practice history.
Local data and cached recordings on a device are separate: use Settings → Delete all local data to remove those app-owned records. Exported or previously shared copies are not recalled. If you only want to remove synchronized records and keep the account, use Delete cloud data on the account screen.
Security/rate-limit records, verification records, support correspondence, and store/provider transaction or billing-event records can be retained separately for service, security, or applicable legal requirements. Provider backups follow their own processes. We will explain any applicable retention limits when handling your request; see the retention section of our privacy policy.
If you used connected services without creating an email account, you can also contact us about the associated service data. Tell us that you used the app without registration; do not send secret session credentials.
Deletion does not cancel a subscription
If you want billing to stop, cancel renewal separately through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the account, app, or saved data does not cancel your store subscription. A subscription is not a reason to prevent an account-deletion request.
